Join a weekly coaching/energy clearing membership group where we address the real root cause of your 'blocks'; trapped and unprocessed anger, sadness or fear. We do it in a fun, easy and supportive way, so life becomes effortless, exciting, and fun.
"Your life might look successful on the outside. So why doesn't it feel successful on the inside?"
You've tried just about everything, haven't you?
Another course. Another coach. Another book. Another strategy. Another productivity system. Another business mentor. Another self-improvement program.
And you start to feel a little better... but you don't actually feel fundamentally different.
Because the problem isn't your strategy.
The problem is what's happening underneath the strategy.
You've spent your whole life learning how to think, analyse, strategise, and achieve.
But has anyone ever taught you how to actually feel your emotions instead of thinking about them?
Has anyone ever shown you how to release the patterns that keep you stuck instead of just understanding them intellectually?
Has anyone ever helped you find the root cause of why you keep raising the bar, changing environments, and chasing the next thing?
Most coaching tells you to "push through the fear" and "just do it anyway."
But here's the problem with that:
When you keep pushing through fear without actually processing it, you're just carrying it with you. It shows up on the other side. It follows you into the next business, the next relationship, the next goal, the next level.
This work is different.
We don't push through the block.
We remove the block entirely.
We don't avoid the emotion.
We feel it, acknowledge it, release it — and then it's not there anymore chasing you for the rest of your life.
This isn't therapy. This isn't traditional coaching. This is something else entirely.
I'm a certified Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code practitioner with five years of experience working with hundreds of people.
I'm also a former professional footballer who spent years achieving at the highest levels while falling apart on the inside.
I'm a dad. A business owner. Someone who has lived the exact experience I'm describing to you.
And I've learned one fundamental truth:
You can't think your way out of an emotional pattern.
You can understand your childhood trauma intellectually and still be completely controlled by it.
You can read every psychology book, listen to every podcast, and analyze yourself for hours — and still feel exactly the same.
Because knowing something and releasing something are two completely different things.
This work isn't about digging into your past looking for problems.
It's not about talking about your feelings for years.
It's not about reliving trauma or making yourself more broken.
It's about helping your nervous system finally feel safe.
Because when you feel safe, you stop running.
You stop needing achievement to validate you.
You stop needing to prove yourself.
You stop living from the scared five-year-old version of yourself.
And you can finally just... be.
"I feel that I have my life back."
"I have been working with Matthew at Core Healing for over 4 months now. I came to him for help with my cluster headaches, which had ruined my life. He has dramatically improved them, out of sight. I feel that I have my life back. "
- Adrian

"Great experience all round"
"I would highly recommend Matthew if you have emotional blocks that other therapies just haven't shifted. Very professional and a great experience all round. Thank you!"
- Sue

"I overcome anxiety, panic attacks, eating difficulties, and suicidal thoughts."
"Finding the root cause of my health is how Matthew has helped me to overcome anxiety, panic attacks, eating difficulties, and suicidal thoughts. Further, their work finding and releasing trapped emotions has helped me to overcome childhood traumas and social fears in a way that I hadn't even hopped for. It is worth trying something unconventional when the conventional methods don't have an answers."
- Benjamin

I was one of those kids who seemed naturally good at everything.
Talented soccer player. Good grades without much effort. Sport came naturally. Learning came naturally. Winning came naturally.
From the outside, I probably looked like a confident kid who had everything going for him.
But looking back now, I can see something completely different underneath it.
I was anxious. Nervous. Shy. Quiet. And underneath all of that, I was scared.
And somewhere along the way, I learned a very powerful lesson:
If I achieved, I got praise.
If I won, people were happy. If I was good at something, I got approval. If I made my parents proud, I felt good.
So without ever consciously deciding it, I started associating achievement with love, approval, and safety.
And honestly? It's a bloody addictive drug.
You win something and everyone celebrates you. You get good grades and everyone is proud. You score the goal, win the game, achieve the thing, build the business, make the money, get the recognition...
And for a moment, you feel amazing.
So naturally, you want more.
I became addicted to that feeling.
Sport. School. Achievement. Winning.
I went on to become a professional footballer in the A-League in my early twenties, playing professionally for three years. Outside of that, I played at the highest level below professional football.
Then I started businesses. I achieved things. I built successful businesses.
From the outside, it looked like I was doing pretty well.
But there was a problem.
The feeling never lasted.
I'd achieve something and get the hit. Then it would disappear.
So I'd raise the bar. I'd find something else. Another challenge.
Another goal. Another business. Another team. Another career.
Another thing to prove.
And eventually, the achievements that once gave me that incredible feeling weren't giving me the same hit anymore.
They started feeling hollow.
And instead of asking myself what was actually going on underneath, I did what I'd become very good at doing.
I distracted myself.
I'd change careers. I'd create something new. I'd change teams. I'd chase another challenge. I'd convince myself that maybe I just needed a different environment.
And sometimes a change of environment was genuinely a good thing.
But eventually, the same feeling would come back.
Because wherever I went... there I was.
I wasn't actually running towards something. A lot of the time, I was running away from myself.
Running away from my emotions. Running away from the uncomfortable feelings I'd spent years learning how to avoid.
And eventually, it caught up with me.
Because when your entire identity is built around achieving, what happens when you can't achieve?
What happens when you lose? When the business struggles? When your career doesn't go how you planned? When you don't feel like you're winning anymore?
For me, it felt like my entire world was crumbling.
I experienced burnout. Breakdowns. Fear. Depression. Dark places.
And underneath it all was this belief that I couldn't see clearly at the time:
"If I'm achieving, I'm valuable."
"If I'm winning, I'm worthy."
"If I'm making people proud, I'm safe."
But if I'm not achieving... who the fuck am I?
That was the real problem.
My identity had become completely wrapped up in success.
And I eventually realized something that changed everything:
It wasn't the 20-year-old version of me running that program. It wasn't the 30-year-old version of me. It wasn't even the adult version of me who thought he was making all these conscious decisions.
It was the five- and six-year-old version of me.
The little kid who had learned that achievement brought praise. That being good brought approval. That winning made people happy.
And somewhere in that little mind, achievement had become associated with safety.
So of course I kept achieving. Of course I kept pushing. Of course I kept raising the bar. Of course I couldn't just stop.
Because some part of me genuinely believed that stopping meant losing the very thing that kept me safe.
And that's what I've come to understand about so many high achievers.
We think we're chasing success.
But sometimes we're actually chasing the feeling we believe success will finally give us.
Love. Approval. Safety. Worth. Enoughness.
And the cruel part is that no achievement can permanently give you those things.
Because once achievement becomes your source of worth, the goalpost has to keep moving.
You win... then you need to win something bigger.
You achieve... then you need another achievement.
You reach the next level... then the next level has to become the new normal.
And eventually you're exhausted.
You're successful on the outside but falling apart on the inside.
Everyone thinks you've got your shit together.
And you're doing everything you can to keep the facade alive.
That was me.
And that's why I understand this person so deeply.
Because I've been them.
I've been the person who looks successful but feels empty.
I've been the person who keeps raising the bar because the last achievement doesn't feel good anymore.
I've been the person who changes the environment instead of looking within.
I've been the person who thinks the answer is another challenge, another goal, another business, another achievement.
And I've learned that sometimes the thing standing between you and the next level isn't a lack of strategy.
It's the emotional program underneath everything you're doing.
The part of you that still believes you have something to prove.
The part of you that still believes you need to achieve to be worthy.
The part of you that still believes you have to hold everything together to be safe.
And until you acknowledge that part of yourself, you can spend your entire life trying to outrun it.
You can achieve more. You can make more money. You can win more. You can build more. You can become more successful.
And still feel exactly the same inside.
Because the little kid underneath all of it isn't asking for another achievement.
They're asking to feel safe. They're asking to feel loved. They're asking to know that they are enough without having to prove anything.
And that's the work I'm passionate about now.
Not helping people become better at achieving.
Helping them understand what's driving the achievement in the first place.
Because maybe you don't need to become more successful to finally feel fulfilled.
Maybe you need to stop asking success to give you something it was never capable of giving you.
And if you're someone who feels hollow even when you're succeeding...
If you feel like you're constantly raising the bar...
If you feel like you can't slow down...
If your identity feels tied to winning...
If you feel lost when things aren't going well...
If everyone around you thinks you're successful but inside you're exhausted, empty, or falling apart...
I hear you.
Because I've been there.
And I know how bloody hard it is to live that way.
You don't need another thing to prove.
You might just need to finally understand the part of you that has been trying to prove it all along.
Every Wednesday, I tune into the collective energy of the group, clear what's ready to be moved, and intuitive guidance about what you need that week. These sessions are recorded as the insights come through me, so you receive exactly what the group needs in that moment.
You'll receive the recording to watch on your own time, along with any journaling prompts, exercises, or homework that came through. The energy work happens whether you're there or not. You don't need to be make time in your calender for a session.
The moment you join, you get immediate access to the entire library of past sessions. These recordings remain relevant and continue to work for you, even retrospectively. Many members experience shifts simply by committing to join and setting the intention, even before watching a single recording.
You'll get access to our private community where you can share your struggles, insights, and breakthroughs. Ask questions. Get support between sessions. And realise you're not alone in this, everyone in the group is working through similar fears, emotions, and patterns.
You'll receive foundational materials that explain the premise of this work and the core principles:
Everything is energy
Breathing into presence for calm and peace
The mirror/projection concept, your external reality reflects your internal state
You create your own reality 100% of the time
The role of posture in your healing
All sessions are recorded, so you can watch them whenever works for you. Miss a week? No problem. Watch two sessions in one week if you want. Go at your own pace. The recordings are always there in your members area.
Time Commitment: Approximately 2 hours per week about 1 hour to watch the session and 1 hour for journaling or exercises. You can go deeper if you choose, but that's the baseline.
What You Need: Just yourself, a device that connects to the internet, and ideally a journal and pen.

Here's what you get:
Weekly intuitive energy healing sessions (recorded every Wednesday)
Access to the entire library of past sessions
Private community support and accountability
Journaling prompts, exercises, and guidance as it comes through intuitively
Preparation materials covering the core principles of this work
Flexible, self-paced access, watch sessions whenever works for you
Month-to-month, cancel anytime
Just $99/month
I'm so confident this work will create shifts for you that I'm giving you 7 full days to experience it completely free.
If you don't feel the peace, the clarity, or the shifts starting to happen, simply cancel within 7 days and you won't be charged a thing.
No risk. No pressure. Just real transformation.
Here's my promise to you:
If you commit to this work for a full year, you stay in the membership, you watch the sessions, you do the journaling and homework, you engage with the process AND you don't see at least $1,200 return on your investment...
I'll give you private 1-on-1 sessions until we get that money back.
I'm not talking about some vague "feel better" promise.
I'm talking about tangible results: a pay rise, new business income, better opportunities, increased capacity that directly impacts your bottom line.
Because when you stop operating from fear, when you stop running from yourself, when your nervous system finally feels safe...
Your entire life shifts.
You make better decisions. You show up differently. You stop self-sabotaging. Opportunities appear that weren't there before.
You will easily get your investment back.
I guarantee it.
You're only too busy because you've got unprocessed emotions and trauma that you're trying to avoid — so you make yourself busy to avoid feeling them. The sessions actually clear that out.
So you'll have more space. More presence. More energy. You won't have to keep running away from yourself. The irony is that doing this work will actually give you back the time and energy you think you don't have.
You don't have to interact with the group if you don't want to. But here's the truth: sharing and being part of the community is actually more beneficial, not just for you, but for others.
Your story, your vulnerability, your willingness to share can help someone else realise they're not alone. And being vulnerable is part of the human experience.
Most coaches will tell you to "push through the fear" and "just do it anyway."
This work looks deeper, at the root cause. If you keep pushing through fear without processing it, you're not actually clearing it. You're just dragging it along with you. It shows up on the other side.
We don't push through the block. We remove the block entirely. It's not about pushing through fear, sadness, or anger. It's about feeling it, acknowledging it, releasing it and then it's not there anymore.
You're not spending the rest of your life running from it or managing it. You're actually free of it.
Because this work addresses the root cause of everything, which is essentially safety.
Helping you get to a point where you feel safe, present, and no longer running from yourself.
There's nothing more important you can do. This isn't about digging into your past looking for problems. That's just another way to keep you stuck. This is different. And it works. I know from experience. I've done it. I've lived it.
STOP PRETENDING. START HEALING.
You have two choices:
Option 1: Keep doing what you've been doing.
Keep achieving. Keep raising the bar. Keep changing environments. Keep chasing the next thing. Keep pretending everything is fine when you know it's not.
Stay stuck forever.
Option 2: Actually do something about it.
Try the 7-day free trial. Experience a session. See what happens when you stop running and start feeling. Give yourself permission to finally understand what's been driving you all along.
The door is open.
The question is: are you willing to walk through it?
